For a short time in the nineties, children had a really cool indoor playground to run, crawl, jump and slide in. This place was Discovery Zone, a chain of entertainment facilities. These places included indoor mazes, roller slides, climbing play structures, ball pits and arcade games. The fun only lasted from 1989 until bankruptcy in 1999. Fun Fact: Discovery Zone's mascot was Z-Bop, a talking robot.
