This iconic restaurant was located at 7th Street and 4th Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. Charlie’s elegant atmosphere and sophisticated menu attracted celebrities, dignitaries, and anyone else looking for a delicious meal. Their famous potato salad recipe is still sought after today. Sadly, after a 49 year run, Charlie’s closed in 1982.
