Returns/Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customers must pay for return shipping if Bygone Brand is not at fault (i.e. doesn't fit, not happy with product, etc). Bygone Brand will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. 

To return or exchange an item

Mail the unwashed, unworn item for a return or exchange. For an exchange, please note what size and/or design you prefer. Some upcharges may apply.

Shipping

We ship to United States addresses only. In stock items are fulfilled and shipped within 1-5 business days of order confirmation. Our printed on-demand items take 5-12 business days for printing and shipping We are not responsible for delays in shipping or lost items due to shipping carrier.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that our shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order never arrived?

First check your shipping confirmation and confirm that you’ve entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we will be happy to send you another order, it will be at your cost.

Taxes

If you live in Illinois, we have to charge an 8.75% sales tax. If not, no sales tax applies.
