Bishop's Buffetstarted in 1920 out of Waterloo, IA by Benjamin Franklin Bishop. This Midwestern chain grew to 35 locations and was the first and only cafeteria to offer full service. Their signature orange rolls and chocolate ambrosia pie will be sadly missed.
