The East Providence Roller Rink, located at 955 Broadway in East Providence, Rhode Island, opened in 1941 and quickly became a cherished community hub for skating enthusiasts. After a devastating fire in 1945, the rink was rebuilt and reopened in November of the same year, continuing to host lively skating sessions and social gatherings. Unfortunately, in 1958, the state condemned the property to make way for the construction of Route 195, leading to the rink's closure and demolition.
