Joyland was an amusement park in Wichita, Kansas that was in continuous operation from 1949 until 2004. Once the largest theme park in central Kansas, rides included a wooden rollercoaster, Ferris Wheel, Log Jam and the popular dark ride called “Whacky Shack”.
