Los Arcos Mall brought a touch of Spanish flair to Scottsdale from 1969 to 1999, complete with colonial arches and upscale décor. Anchored by Sears and The Broadway, it opened with 30 stores and eventually grew to around 75. As newer malls like Scottsdale Fashion Square took over, Los Arcos faded, closing after Sears left in 1999.
