Nantucket Cove was a restaurant in St. Louis that built its reputation on fresh, imaginatively prepared seafood. It was said that they served more live Maine lobsters than anywhere else in the Midwest. The nautical theme included a trout run with a water wheel and and live lobster pond with a waterfall. Their signature anchovy-based dressing still lives on.
