Pirates World was a pirate-themed amusement park that opened in 1967 in Florida. Attractions at the park included: Crow’s Nest observation tower, a pirate ship ride, amusement park games, rollercoasters and a log flume. Pirate’s World even became a music venue for rock concerts. Once Disney opened, it drew customers away and the park was gone by 1973.
