Poplar Creek Music Theatrewas a concert venue located in Hoffman Estates, IL. It opened in 1980 and had a capacity to hold 25, 202 people with reserved and lawn seating. Poplar Creek was one of Chicago’s largest music venues and it attracted the biggest names in entertainment. Sears acquired the property in 1989 and allowed it to remain in operation until 1994.
