Their “Book and Record” sets paired colorful comics with 45 rpm vinyls featuring dramatic voice acting, music, and sound effects. Featuring superheroes like Spider-Man, Batman, and Superman, along with sci-fi favorites like Star Trek and Planet of the Apes, these sets were a thrilling way for kids to read and listen at the same time.
