Record Rendezvous was a record store in Cleveland founded in 1938. It played an integral part in the history of rock-n-roll by having a part in coining the term. It was also an innovator by being the first to install listening booths and moving the records from behind the counter to the front for patrons to browse through. It sadly closed in 1987.
