Who doesn’t remember The Manor restaurant in Beloit, WI? It was THE place to be for fine dining, cocktails, & dancing from the late 1960’s through the early 1990’s! The Manor was a favorite destination for diners in the region. The stately mansion was the epitome of elegance with its white pillars surrounded by tall oak trees. Nino Germano and his son-in-law, John Fiorello, purchased the Manor in 1966. The Manor was not only known as a fine dining establishment, it also featured a ballroom on the second floor for music, dancing, & gala events. The Manor boasted seating for more than 200 guests on the main floor and seating for another 300 on the second floor. This majestic landmark was known for hosting some of the most lavish banquets, proms, & weddings in the stateline area.
