Rockford has a long history of fun roller skating rinks and back in the 1980s, The Stateline's kids loved going to The Tree. Located on North Main, The Tree featured all the required staples — flashing lights, loud music and lots and lots of feathered hair. The Tree closed in 1989 and became Spectrum Skate Center and eventually Rockford Skate Company until 1995. Now, skaters who once showed off their smooth moves out on the rink can relive those memories with a custom tee featuring The Tree’s iconic logo.
